    I have had an issue logging into my main Microsoft account. Someone hacked into my email that I used for the account. I have recovered the email address, but my Microsoft account has been changed. I still have access to 2FA and additional accounts connected to my original Microsoft account. I do not have a secondary recovery or phone number connected to my account, and someone changed my information and changed the email address needed to log in.
    When I went to the recovery options page and attempted to log in, it gave me part of a new email that I don't recognize.

    I have access to the account on my PC as it is connected to my one drive, but I cannot access anything since it requires me to re-log into Microsoft and everytime I use the email connected to the account it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account" and even if I try to make an account under the same email it says an account is already created under that name.

    Is there anywhere I can get in contact with a real person? Maybe someone who can resolve the issue with logic instead of automated responses. This account is connected to all my stuff from Xbox to my Drives. I need this account back, and I have all the information needed to prove I am the original owner, I have the address, receipts, Xbox information, I even have access to the email that caused the issue (being the security code that someone used to change my email) I have the blured emails of the changed ones, additionally I have access to all the Microsoft accounts connected to my main one. Plus the original log in on my PC for my one drive.

    I could not really imagine how crucial it is to know that your account is inaccessible after you were notified of the password change. Just to set your expectation, Microsoft account is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information, and the meticulous account recovery process is intended to protect you from any possible malicious activity. For now, please allow me to do the best I can in helping you with the process.

    I know how critical it is for you to be able to access this account. We will share to you a thread that should be able to give you handful of advice as we, advocates, does not have any tools to recover any Microsoft (Xbox) account. As the system will verify the information that only the user or account owner can supply.

    Thank you for providing the link. I chatted with Microsoft support last night on 11/19,through chat, I was given a link to Xbox support with an option to speak with someone. This morning on 11/20 I contacted XBOX support and was able to speak to someone Live. The rep stated he was going to escalate my issue and give me a call back within 15 minutes. I have been waiting 3.5 hours for a call back, hopefully I have not been forgotten and the rep will call me back sometime today.
