    I haven't been able to sign in to my xbox live account for the last couple of months I have tried everything when i try and sign in on my xbox it says that email and password didn't work even though I'm using the same email address I have always used its
    also the one where i get all my xbox emails i just got an email from xbox yesterday that has my gamertag and gamerscore and it keeps me updated but when i use that email address to sign in it wont let me even to post this and get on here i had to use another
    email address because it says theres no account for that email address please somone help me i have xbox gold and the only reason i have it is for the free games but ive missed to last 4 games because of this and i can only play a few games that will let me
    play offline.

    When I try to go on my xbox live account a screen pops up asking for email and password. When I do the email it says that the password and email didn't work. It did not even give the password screen pop up to put my password in it please help.

    cant connect to xbox live

    when i trying to connect to xbox live its says:''that email and password didn't work....

    the problem is that i know the email and password and i can connect to the account in my computer but cant connect in the xbox.

    out of the three ways to contact support it wont let me chat whether i use my pc or my tablet it wont let me use it for some reason and this is my second post on here for this problem i have also signed in to my twitter account that i havent used in over
    a year so i could post on there i have tried every way i can to contact support and so far nothing has worked

    Unfortunately I am having the same problem with my son's account.. I am very unhappy with XBOX Live right now!

    There should be a way to contact these people. They certainly do not mind taking our money!

    there should be a number to call i would rather be on hold for a couple of hours then having to go through all of this

    Thanks for your reply. The message says "That email and password didn't work" and the error code is 8015D002.

    I've tried creating an app password but that didn't work either.

    No. I already tried resetting the password and it didn't work. Also it said that i was using the right email/password but when it was trying to login into Xbox live it said error status code.
