"That didn't work. Sorry, give it another try." error when trying to view Xbox ...

As the title explains, I cannot view my profile info. When I select my profile and highlight info, a load signal shows up for about 10-15 seconds. Then the message pops up telling me to give it another try. I have deleted my account, hard reset,refreshed,
unplugged and drained the power from the xbox, checked network settings, etc. WHAT SHOULD I DO MICROSOFT????

So today I was trying to change my gamerpic and when I went to my profile a error message pop up saying that didn't work sorry, give it another try with a sad face someone plz tell me how to fix this

I'm assuming Microsoft is too busy to answer me, but I expect an answer no later than tomorrow at 2pm EST. I have put serious thought into switching over to Playstation with all of the problems I have seen with the Xbox.

Yeah, started happening to me yesterday. The bug also doesn't let you check achievements from your console, which sucks. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I know these are older posts, but changing gamer pic from avatar store from xbox one seemed to do the trick. Works fine now, best of luck

Yeah mate, I'm having the same issues. It won't even let me click on my certain friends to send them an invite to the party.

There are a few outages currently. Make sure you check xbox.com/status for updates

It's works intermittently its spotty, and its not working as it should be
