That 12/31/9999, A Question for you

So yea i got that ban recently (Btw posting on this because i want some help from you guys and its locked on the 09 forum) and i have looked up online that its irreversible, umm i have talked to customer service they said that i can justify my case and it
is possible to get my account back, one even said it happened to them and she explained the problem and got it fixed, what do you think? can you get the account back? kind of confused

Gears of War 3 beta: i deleted my player data and i just found out i lost all my unlock for the retail!!!!!!

if you are suspended till 12-31-9999 or UK 31-12-9999 then all DLC, MSP, remaing XBL is for-fitted. Meaning no other other account on the console will have access to the DLC as all the licences are deleted.

If you get a temp suspension you loose nothing except your time suspended

Unfortunately support is incorrect in what they said. Once an account I perma-banned it will always stay that way. Enforcement never reads this forum. You can post here

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx however you will pretty much get the same response you received already. They are pretty thorough when they issue bans and suspensions.

What is fake?

If an account receives a permanent suspension, the date is indeed set to 31/12/9999 or 12/31/9999 (country format dependent).
