Thankyou xbox rewards

Thankyou xbox rewards team for getting my rewards account up and running today, it may have taken you 6 years to sort it out but now its running. I have 1 question about the points i have earned while my account has been down, would you please back date
my points i have earned during this time and even more so now that i purchased an xbox 1 console direct from microsoft on sunday and after logged into my account to find it was still down thus receving no points for my £229 purchase. I was very disapointed

Problem with Xbox live rewards

Xbox live account achievements were reset in 2013 now when I checked rewards points just recently, I didn't have any, I haven't been earning any rewards points, please help thankyou very much

Hello demolitionwindy,

As mentioned in your previous post (Problems with xbox rewards sign up), since you chose to
opt out of the program, you are not eligible for any Credits. We can only Reward activity done while in the program. We do not currently have any hardware offers currently active, so your purchase of a console is not eligible for any Credits.

I've tryed to use the hotspot of the smartphone with the mobile provider and the Microsoft rewards app on the Xbox Is now working!

Weird..

Hello, and thankyou for getting back to me so soon, I have done as you said and hopefully they will accept my information as suitable enough, it's very unfortunatet hat I don't remember much information to give. However i wish to thankyou once again for
answering my question with haste. I was also wondering if you have the time: When i sign up for xbox live rewards: The challenges such as "Buy something from the xbox live gold store" which rewards 100 Microsoft points, do these "challenges" have to be completed
AFTER i sign up to the rewards scheme, or will my previous purchases count as completing the "challenge". Cheers again!
