    Customer Service folks aside, I feel sorry for the lack of any direction support reps are given for their own error codes and a maze wishy washy answers they endure.

    Microsoft, well, how do I put this..... you suck.

    After an unknown "lock" on my son's Xbox Live account (a lock/error code that ZERO people knew what it was until 5 phone calls and two weeks later), it finally gets fixed. Now, after going through the laughable UI process to simply add/remove/edit/delete account
    information, my son can now buy his $15 add-on..... but can't download it. We are a perpetually "pending" in our download status. It seems though that Xbox has pity and let the download occur. Finally. After an hour of dealing with their BS.

    Playstation - my apologies for being led astray!!!!

    Avoid player: Feedyy

    spawn camping, map glitching and ruins game experience. griefing. voice chat verbally abusive on multiple occasions. the worst player I've ever experienced in my tenure with xbox live.

    Yeah, I very much doubt that. Their last game was the most imbalanced of the series.

    Im sorry that happened to you as a gamer i can understand where your coming from but on the other he wasnt all that rude just pointing out a fact. The original customer service rep should have solved the issue if she didnt then ask for a supervisor.
