You never found anything "strange" when it's to bash Xbox one and you usually bash even more.

The only negative comments I've made about the One in probably the last 6 months have been about the UI and it's constant spinning circles.

You spend far more time "bashing" me than I do the One.

I have to be careful. Or I might just have someone pointing out they never read here. Or that I am wasting my time. May be the case but I was on here and thought I would post some positive feeling. Just the mood I was in.

I find these threads strange just like the ones wishing "Phil" a happy birthday.

Do people go into the Whirlpool forums after they buy a dishwasher on sale thanking them for the great price? Businesses put things on sale to move product and make money. If they could the move the product without the sales/bundles at a higher price they

First the birthday. I would wish you or anyone a happy birthday or any other happy day for that matter. I know how bad I dislike those bad days. Happy days are the best.

And yes I do try to say thank you for a great deal. These consoles are selling. Maybe not PS4 levels but last I read it was faster than 360 which did well so they could have not offered another free game. But that is not the point. I have, at times,
said thanks for the odd rare deal that pops up. It is the timing as well. And the fact that it was a very good deal. Nothing wrong with that. And for the saving % it really is a very, very nice deal.

I have said thank you before. Take my new heat/air system. Old system was really bad shape. Fixed it enough for a while but it was really giving it up. Had priced out some units and stuff. Well, received a call from one of the installers that quoted
me. Sure, he wanted the sale. But he was letting me know that I could get a great deal due to the manufacturer he uses all of a sudden having a sale. Saved me a lot of money. Top quality brand with a long warranty as well.

Just seems like overall being positive about it with a thank you and such can be nice. I know that these companies are in it for the money and have no illusions otherwise.

Really, I could thank MS for the amount of free software they have given me as part of my start-up. Between that and Unreal I am really moving forward. And to be honest many others do not have these offers and cost $$ early. So that was a huge plus.

 

I don't spend more time,just the same amount of time.

But i also wrote stuffs about games that i play or expect to play on Xbox one.

Well i have to say that i love my Sonos Speaker set up at home and basically transformed how i listen to music around my home. I often give them a shout out on twitter for creating such a great product and experience.

Nice one OP, Prob more to do with the store than MS but we all love a good deal and getting more for our money.

Is this thread useless?? Yes, but so are a lot of others. Let the OP be happy with his purchase if he wants to post about it in a public forum then he should be able to without having to worry about being criticised for doing so.

I did not mean to criticize the OP I simply said I found it strange to thank a business for a sale. In my world the business should thank me for buying their product and not the other way around. Informing people about a sale or a good deal is very different
than thanking the company as if they offered the sale price in order to help you be able to purchase the product.
