Thanks Microsoft for the Xbox one project Scorpio but looks like something new is missing!

Thanks Microsoft for the Xbox one finally getting a real hardware upgrade in the project scorpio that's bin missing for so long in the Xbox one console and now you got Xbox fans, gaming developers and the community happy but in the rumors I saw the new hardware
has something old and needs to be fixed before you start manufacturing the new upgraded Xbox one and that's the USB port! I saw it will have some old USB 3.0 ports and I think it needs the latest USB C 3.1 or 3.2 if its available and new the Wifi AD and if
not available Wifi AC is fine and with Bluetooth 5.0 if it can get that new version if not BT 4.2 is fine!! Please new and latest USB C ports so we can have the highest fast data transfer speed for external HDD or other stuff that might be need that port maybe
for another external GPU hardware!!! Please don't leave us hanging with those old USB ports!!! Thank you Microsoft for your commitment to your fans and game developers in giving us what we need and CAN I HAVE A XBOX ONE SCORPIO WHEN IT RELEASES FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!!

Its called Project Scorpio because people really liked the name and Microsoft wanted to release a themed console at launch that would be "exclusive" so as to increase demand, same as what they did with the "Day One Edition" of the Xbox One X

They've done this already! Why else would they bring out a PROJECT SCORPIO themed console and ditch the branding if it wasn't for people asking for a new-gen experience? It might *look* like an Xbox One X, and *play* like an Xbox One X, but there's no mistaking
the livery. It's called "Project Scorpio" for a reason (although what that reason might be is anybody's guess)

The big reason for not changing the USB ports to USB C will be to maintain compatibility with existing accessories as for the supported WIFI standard I don't think anything has been announced about this.

If you have enough time available you should listen to Major Nelsons podcast from last Friday I found it very interesting to listen to and realise how much effort and has gone into designing the console right up to the positioning and reasons for positioning
the connections on the back of the console.

There wasn't any report by Digital Foundry on the USB ports.

So your rumor is just that. A rumor.

And this console is pretty much made. What is in it now is what is going to be in it when it launches in 6-7 months.

And I'm fine with USB 3.0 if they stay with it.

Also, hilarious that you want even more top tier components into and already impressive console and then proceed to beg for one. Classy.

 

The Xbox One already has a 2 by 2 radio for MIMO (802.11ac wave one).

The successor to 802.11ac (wave two) is not 802.11ad (wigig/triple band), but 802.11ax.

 

Just one question Sensi, why are you concerned about the USB 3.0 transfer rate?

The maximum transfer rate of USB 3.0 is roughly 640MB per second, that's much faster than most external hard drives can handle, even when they are also USB 3.0.

So what would be the point of putting in USB 3.1 or even 3.2 when there isn't yet any external hard drives that can transfer at those speeds?

 

OK ppl I guess it will be nice with the current 3.0 ports still but still add at lease one single USB C port and the rest two or three can be 3.0 USB and look they just added newest tech 2.1 HDMI ports and freesync and you no its recommended for the best up
to date 4k TV!!

 

Its alot of new tech they are putting in this last upgrade version of the Xbox one project scorpio and guys almost all new laptops desktops and cell phones come with USB C please stop making it look like its still a old xbox one technology and USB C is compatible
with USB 3.0 and 2.0 it will detect what drives you are using! Sound like some ps4 spies and trollers are here lmao!! The Jaguar CPU is almost fully remodified and customized with faults it had in it before so its like a new CPU but they kinda did it in the
Jaguar architecture so with old Xbox one and 360 wouldn't have trouble playing in the new upgraded console so hope they at least put one USB C and you guys need to stop worrying about others who have fast up to date devices that has USB C ports and you don't
have so you want the new xbox one scorpio to just fit your needs only for your old 3.0 usb devices and not ours so it kinda sounds selfish also and some external HDD use lightning and USB C!!!
