Thanks Microsoft for selling brand new games in the package with codes in them that have been ...

I am having the same problem with the Overkill Edition game add-on for my brand new and sealed Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel game. I bought it new and it was still sealed in the clear wrapper with the Microsoft Security Seal still intact. I opened it.
Put the disc in my console. It loaded. Updated. Then prompted me to install the HD content (not the same thing as the Overkill add-on).. The game then loaded up fine so I exited out and went to my Settings/Redeem Code. Input the code from the add-on slip included
with the game. Verified the code was correct. Clicked submit and after a few seconds the message came up "Code Entered is Invalid".

How does a brand new game add-on code come back as Invalid??? The game was brand new and the package was sealed! And the MS Security Sticker was Undamaged! What do I do to get my add-on content? It is already paid for!!!

I have the same issue. I purchased my xbox one brand new, with the titanfall package download. It will not play game disk or blu ray disk. Same error code.

Yes, I did. It was brand new and unused. Still in original packaging.

Sorry to hear it. However, that game is almost 4 years old. Because of this the odds of finding a brand new copy are slim. Right now there are 2 possibilities as to what happened here.

1. You've purchased a used copy of the game where those particular codes have been removed.

2. The codes that were part of that package were not available in your region (country).

Sorry that didn't work. However, I have to ask where you purchased the drive from? As I mentioned earlier they have been discontinued for around 8 years now. Unless you purchased directly from Microsoft the odds of it being brand new and never used could
be fairly slim. It's not unheard of for people to reseal a package and claim that it's brand new.
