    Me and my friend decided that we do share on games to each other the share from my account worked but the share from his account doesent work for me it says uneable to save changes for some reason it does that all the time i tried

    Hi there,

    I believe what's stopping you is the Microsoft Account you just made has not been in the system for 30 days yet. Once that period lapses, you should be able to switch your gamertag to that e-mail.

    HELP!! thanks

    i have made a new email address for my account to 'swap gamertag' to a new email account.. i have gone through all the steps hit yes change! and get an error saying 'that it cant do it right now!' ive searched google! and apparently that means it has been
    done before (in the last 30 days) its never been done before.. it was made with the email address i am trying to get rid of! dont know what else to try :/ im stumped, any ideas? thanks in advance!
