My account reverted to free early

I was planning on playing some xbox live tonight, But my account was reverted to free before it expired???

My account information says that my Gold is suppose to expire November 10th not the 9th , when I redeemed my live code was at 4pm. or 12am. on the first day of trial. I don't understand why I am reverted to free a day before my online account says it's
suppose expired ... It makes no sense,to me. I do not live on the east coast. Can you guys fix this or compensate me with a free 24 hour trial

I have no money to redeem and I thought it would expire on the 10th not today the 9th...

Xbox Live finish early?

I redeemed 2 call of duty 7 day trials on the 28th of November but it has expired already? it was meant to be going on for 14 days so it should be expiring on 13th December.

Depending on your region the timing of when your subscription ends may be different. Generally the billing date takes places the day before your subscription ends, If your account isn't auto-renewable your subscription will end. Thanks for your understanding
