The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can tell you.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

If the account you're talking about was stolen and banned while the account was out of your control, the account owner can open an unauthorized access case by calling Xbox Phone Support. And for the Call of Duty Elite subscription, these cannot be transfered
from account to account.

Hey there, I understand your frustrations but 343i are the ones who created the terms of the Halo 4 specializations codes. They will eventually be available to all players. These codes were just for early access. Phone support has limited is unlikely to
have access to contact info for 343i, you are better off posting on their forums. For full info on the specializations codes that went out read the following link.

Calling them out isn't allowed but I guess cheating/hacking is. File a complaint does nothing, it says I will not know the out come of the complaint. That means they say they will investigate it but in reality the complaint will go to some junk folder where
they store the rest of the complaints and unless my account gets hacked and by then it's too late. Unless xbox starts taking care of these losers on there first offense of hacking/cheating then they are going to find themselves in the same situation as the
PSN.
