4 in a year is a crazy amount to get through. Go easy on them. If they are in warranty you should be able to get them repaired. I haven't broken a controller yet, at all. Make sure you aren't using crazy force on the sticks when using them.

That's really odd that you've gone through 4 in a year. I'm still on my same Xbox One controller that I've been using for nearly 4 years now and it works perfectly. :/ A humble question, but do you ever press on the joysticks or the buttons or bumpers
hard or with a lot of force when you're playing? Sometimes people don't realize that they're pushing up really hard on the joystick or pushing the bumper or trigger in really hard, almost clenching their fist as they do it, during really stressful and tense
moments in games (like in FPS games, for example). I would just kindly suggest to make sure you're not putting extra force on the controller when you're holding it or using it. Excercising a lot of strength in your hands will wear out any controller really
fast and drastically reduce its lifespan before it starts having problems like buttons not working, joystick controls drifting, etc.
