Thanks for joining! Xbox preview dashboard app says nothing but that.

I've joined the preview program a while ago, I got the app and registered, but all its told me is "Thanks for joining! You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info." and there's an exit button. It's been 2 weeks and nothing has happened.
No updates. No messages. No emails. I'm not sure what to do.

I have the free Xbox Preview dashboard app and when I open it, it says thanks for joining then it says you'll receive a service message doon with more info and it's been a month and still nothing

Hi JTVivian,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out access to the preview areas of the forums. You will then be able to post here and the preview team should
be able to help or at least give you a status update.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

I'm just curious, but as tech support told me to run through the forums to help me with my issue, I sincerely ask, how well would starting a new forum asking for help with an invite be effective? I am completely open to a better way. Thank you.

Looking for help with setting up the over the air TV. Is there any chance I can be invited to the Preview program so I may get my local channels on my X1 and drop my satellite provider. Can anyone help?

To join the Preview Program, I believe you will need a friend who is already in it to invite you. In the future, please make sure you make a new thread, as this one is a few months old.
