Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to know how to disable touch hud on Xbox cloud gaming. When you say touch hud, you're referring to the touch controls, correct?

This would depend on the device that you are using and the game that you are playing. In what platform are you playing?

If the game has custom touch controls, they will automatically be displayed.

If the game doesn’t have custom touch controls, you will be prompted to connect with a controller for the best experience. From this prompt, select Continue with basic controls.

If you only see a button labeled Continue anyway, then touch controls are not available for that game.

Sorry for the late reply as it started working again, I will check out the links that you added. Also the controller is made by PowerA and it's disconnection rate gets worse and worse as time goes on. Finally it is a wired controller as I don't like to use
wireless controllers. But I could pull my old wireless controller out if I must to check.

Far as I know there's no implied added warranty on the controller, if it is however within the first year in most cases I'd say the best bet would be to get in touch with the retailer and see what they suggest as many would likely just switch the controller
over!

Thanks. Actually I want to disable touch and use a controller instead but my iPad doesn’t read the controller while on cloud gaming. I’m trying to use ps4 controller.
