    Honestly thanks for the great Christmas! I receive 2 games and Xbox live and I couldn't play them because of a hacking squad that been sending DDOS attacks to Microsoft over the last few weeks! You would have thought that they would have improved the firewall
    or something to stop this for Christmas Day! This is joke especially when they could have expected this! I am sure people would have warned them as this hacking group keeps tweeting that they are doing, they even mentioned that they will hit the servers off
    on Christmas but what did Microsoft do? Sat back waited until it happened they it was disaster!

    They should give us an extra day we lost or some kind of reward for having to deal with that. We should not have to pay for service that does not work.

    You can update the firewall, however you can't 100% prevent it from happening. As with any online service, Xbox Live will always be prone to an attack. Hackers are evolving faster than anyone can defend.
