A changed a disk drive a few months back and September 4ths update picked up on it and banned me for tampering. I called support (1800 4MY XBOX) and was told what my error code meant and said there was nothing more that he could do but plea my case with
XBOX FORUMS. I did and removed the disk drive I replaced with my old broke one and now my family is back on Netflix, Amazon, Starz, and VUDU. THANKS FOR REVERSING THE BAN FOR ME GUYS!

FYI even tho they reversed the ban which is something I have NEVER seen happen. they will not fix your broken console if you ever want to play game discs you will have to buy a new 360.

I dont believe you were ever banned , to be honest. They do not reverse bans , if you use a modded controller , get banned , and go back to an old one , you dont get that ban reversed.
