    Thank youfor fixing part of the problem with my puzzle account however


    Hi this is the son of the owner of this account. My mom got her puzzles back however she still have a very high negative score.

    It took her quite a long time to gain the amount of points that she had. -264405. As you can see this is a rediculous negative score. We would appreciate this turning into positive score. The games freezing is a bit annoying but we can live with this. As
    long as my moms points are returned back to the approximate range of where they were before this bug appeared.

    slow releases...why do all the spped timed puzzels hang during release of pieces...

    during allyour timed speed jigsaw puzzles the release of parts hang, but if you click again to release them it breaks your chain...also parts will release when you drag them to place before I release parts... is this a isp problem, your site problem, or
    a internal computer problem... I am very self competitive and these actions really really perturb me... if problems aren't solved I will find another game of which to compete on... I do enjoy this jigsaw puzzles but at the cost of my blood pressure rising..
    it wont be worth the dangers...thank you

    Classic Jigsaw Crashing and Loss of Collections and Gold Bars

    Well, I did get my collections and gold bars back; however, I still get kicked out after completing a puzzle and do not get get the gold bars awarded for completion. Please find a fix for this problem.

    Thank you so much for your response. It appears that my only solution to the problem is to go to another group of puzzles. Not such a big problem! They offer many many puzzles. There doesn't seem to be any way to end that puzzle. Maybe in the future I'll
    go back to it and see if I can finish it.
