    My console kept shutting down .i was beside myself but with the support teams help we narrowed it down to my power supply.which Xbox promptly sent out along with a month of xbox live gold for my troubles, Im happy. to report that the problem is fixed!!!!!
    im proud to say i own an Xbox one, Props to the xbox support team,

    well this is more where the community helps out, where alot of the people on here might have had the same issue and/or know how to fix it.

    rather than making a statement on the support, try giving us some information on what the issue is and people will try and help Thank you xbox support team :)
