    After buying an Xbox 1 and $100 gift card i updated his security info. NOW HE HAS TO WAIT 30 DAYS TO DOWNLOAD A GAME??? This is not a gun! Why is there a waiting period this long?! Regardless, in an attempt to stop my child's tears for not being able to
    play his new birthday present I will be returning the Xbox 1 for a PLAYSTATION 4. I guess my decision to switch to Xbox was a bad one. I attempted calling, email, chat and calling again just to be told either "i don't know what to do about this please email
    xxx@****" or told too bad. Thanks guys but here is your money back. Invest it into fixing HUGE problems like this. And don't give me the AUTO response I've seen 20 times about NO way to bypass and preventing hackers. My password is 24 random characters...
    I don't think anyone will be guessing that and Im not stupid enough to leave any accounts logged on or exposed in any way.

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Though as what I can understand, your issue is you tried to update your son's security info so the account is currently locked out for any changes. But as far as I know, this does not limit the account to purchase nor
    download games that he already bought using the gift card. If you're having problems signing in the account because of the recent security change, it should allow you still to sign in and play on the console.
