Thank you microsoft for ruining it for my son

I'm so upset with Microsoft, not only did they ruin Christmas, but now my son is questioning if Santa is real. I put 150 dollars worth of points in my Microsoft account to buy him an Elite controller for Christmas, and I have been trying to buy the damn
thing for months with no luck because it's out of stock on their website. It showed that it was in stock right up until I funded my Microsoft account. It let me add it to my cart only to keep taking it out every time I went to check out. They're tricking consumers
to throw money at them with their false advertisement by saying it's available for purchase when it's not. And now Microsft is holding my money hostage. I'm not rich, and sometimes i have to make miracles happen for Christmas. Most of the time we live paycheck
to paycheck, and now I cant even take my son to the store with me because one of his favorite things to do is run to the electronic department to look for Xbox stuff. He sees the Elite controller in stock at the store and wonders why I can't buy it for him.
I have called Microsoft and nobody wants to help me. This is insane! Every store in America has them in stock before and after christmas. Now if I were a Superstore and ordered 100 of those things it would be on my doorstep in a heartbeat, but for the average
Joe it's another story. Thank you for ruining Christmas for my son, who I work so hard for.

Friends list is gone?

Having the same problem. Kind of odd because my sons account is fine and he has his friends but mine is wiped out. This is very inconvenient I can't even add my friends back. Microsoft please fix this you are ruining my defiance game and that's all I was
going to do today was play the dam game for my birthday. Thanks MS good looking out.

I also am having the same problem with a brand new xbox one. Get it all setup and no disc will work. Nothing I put in it will recognize. This is a great Christmas present that Microsoft has ruined. My son is so disappointed. This is pityful for a company
to put a product out that everyone is having problems with and has ruined my sons Christmas. Thanks alot.

I have tried all the power down and settings stuff with no fixes. Very Sad Day
