Ill be canceling my subscription now. Last time I spend anymore on anything xbox related.

you share me links on how to fix it myself? tell me to use the warranty as if I didnt already know that was my option?

what Im looking for is an apology, maybe an explanation as to why you are cranking out controllers with different colored skins but not fixing the controller.

Problem was solved. my guess it was cause with configuration of the router.
