Thank you armored warfare dev's

So i bought AW 4 months ago maybe 3, anyway most of the $20 went to premium time but till recently i couldn't even play it with disconnects every min or two, i asked Xbox for a refund they said wait till its fixed or ask AW support which they wouldn't,
so essentially they took the money and ran, i did ask if i could even just get half when it started working but they ignored that, pretty much my question is there anyway to get help or am i stuck trying to sue them as this was blatant scamming

Thank you as well, basically i think some support believe i used it or whatever, but i just re downloaded it and still disconnects every minute and i didn't even use my month so i got nothing for $20 as the games free lol ooh and redownloadinng was the
last option
