The enforcement team don't use the forums.

You can go to the enforcement site
here for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

You only got suspended because you were caught violating the ToU/CoC.

You can still play your games as long as your console is not connected to live.Your console would need to be set as your home console & switched to offline mode in the network settings.

If someone is harassing you online block & report them.

 

xbox no longer care about its genuine player Base u can report a hacker but fk all gets done and a hacker reports u n u get banned xbox an all its services r a big joke but u can't talk to their enforcement team and they are probably hackers them selves
