    Tried port forwarding 53, 80, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500 with format set to "both" to an assigned stationary ip attached to the wireless mac ip via this guide "Port Forwarding".
    It worked for exactly one day then back to Teredo error after testing. Says "Nat type unavailable" in the network settings menu but in game (Wildlands) it says "Strict Nat." The unit itself is in bridged mode, tried the two other nat settings and it wouldn't
    even connect to internet. Went through the exhausting setup guide and after half an hour I walked away before throwing the xbox1 out the window. Can someone walk me through this please?

    Recently moved back into parents house and Brighthouse in Tampa recently gave us a replacement modem. They gave us a **** TG1672 (Link above). Since then it has been nothing but problems for my X360. Little to no problems on X1. I'll connect fine, play
    for a bit, and then randomly get kicked from XBL. This happens mainly in World of Tanks and Payday 2.

    Recent history:

    Up until early September house had a UBEE brand router/modem. Don't remember model. Never had an issue with it. Port forwarding was easy. House got hit by lightning and fried it.

    Brighthouse comes out next day and replaces it with **** TG862 V.2. This is when this problem and others with the internet in general started.

    Mid November I call and they explain that the 862 is faulty and will be out to replace it. Cue in the 1672. Since then the internet has been stable on everything else, but this problem on my 360 (specifically WoT and Payday) has continued. I've port forwarded
    my X1, but am unable to port forward my X360 at the same time. I've set up a set IP address and put it into the DMZ. I've done everything I can think of.

    Any ideas?

    Hey there Al Capone111!

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues. After checking out our
    Network Hardware Forums, It looks like the
    Arris TG1672 does not support multiple consoles, which would explain why you are connecting fine with one console and not the other. The gateway prioritizes a console and sticks with it, usually which ever console connected to it first. You
    can try
    Enabling UPnP, but I cannot guarantee that it will work.

    I strongly recommend looking into acquiring a standalone router and modem that won't run into these issues. You can refer to our network forums I linked to find devices we have tested to get some ideas! :)

    So after talking to my ISp I figured they were useless. But good news is I was able to open the ports, by the most backwards thing possible. I enabled the firewall in my gateway and now my nat type is open and no issues with dropping. I disabled the firewall
    again and back to the same issue. So for now I'm keeping the firewall enabled and no problems at all

    They are also dead set on this garbage can gateway. I never had this issue with their previous modem.
