TF Devastation pre order DLC wont download

Cant see it being related to this issue but thats all I can find on that code.

 

I also just realized that there is no DLC for this game via its page through the XBOX store, only for XBOX ONE. Would be pretty *** disappointing if thats the case, if its not working because there actually is no DLC for the 360 after being told there was.

 

That would be messed up/false advertising. I don't mind if they just own up to a mistake and give us an estimated date for an update, but this whole Activision/Platinum Games not responding to the problem is ridiculous.

 

I really never had the opportunity to get free DLC from a preorder so thats not that big of a deal but seriously, dont *** off a Transformers fan with crap like this when the options for G1/CHUG styled material is already as slim as it can possibly be. Its
all Bay garbage. Trust me, we can be worse than Trekies.

 

Hey. I know the game just popped today so i dont want to panic ... but my pre order code is not working, either on 360 dashboard, or logged into my account from my tablet.

Anyone else experiencing this? Dont usually have troubles like this, praying these codes werent somehow leaked.?

The good news is the issue in question is also appearing on the activision support forums, so @ least theyre aware of it.

The only ones i havent tried yet are platinum themselves.

Its a shame this awesome game suffers from this problem.

I'm currently taking a look into this, but to get a little bit more information on it, can I get clarification what content that codes are intended to unlock? I'm having some trouble finding any information on Gamestop's pre-order bonuses for Transformers:

Characters.....Goldfire, Nemesis Prime and, Red Alert. The reason you're not finding anything is because they don't exist for 360, yet I got my code from buying the XBOX 360 version and DLC for 360 at the time just before preorder was advertised.

Only instead of it being xbox one dlc, it was supposed to be xbox 360 pre order bonus, which is why i pre ordered.

Same here. I only preordered for the content bonus. Its a must have for fans but its already bleak enough of a game as it is. This DLC issue is a real kick to the groin. I would have purchased it through the console and saved myself from eventually having
a scratched disc. I am realizing its not on Microsofts shoulders and odds are likely they cant do anything. If there isn't a tab to purchase the content through the console there is no ( and probably never was) bonus content on 360.

I really hope they got on skinning those characters and it would be nice to get more in the future from the post 86 movie era (season 3) as well as some other classics 2.0/IDW like designs.

So, as far as i know, all parties have been notified. Bottom line, somebody fumbled. Big time.

I think they should just make the dlc pack in question a free add on for eveyone @ this point. That would be the right way to go ahout saying "sorry" & they wouldnt even have to admit fault or blame one another.

I'm having the same problem, I tweeted Activision support on Twitter and they said they're investigating the issue at this time. What annoys me is this content is on the disc already because you can see the DLC skins in the model viewer.

 

Do you have a screenshot of what you mean?

I think they need to update the game to unlock it? Problem is, GS points @ activision, as does platinum. I dont even know if microsoft can do anything to rectify the situation, or if they're even really concerned about it.

So, rumor has it, it's up to activision, & its not exactly a secret theyve a pretty dubious track record with customer support service.

It'll be intresting to see what happens, especially with a lower budget title.
