TF Devastation pre order DLC wont download

Just got my copy of Transformers Devastation yesterday from Gamestop and I have tried multiple times at entering my DLC code from pre ordering and it keeps giving me an error after putting in the code. Gamestop is useless so does anyone think they can help
out?

Devastation DOWNLOADABLE NOW.

I have the season pass and no matter what I do it wont let me download devastation dlc. Any tips?

 

Bought game via digital, not allowing me to download

bought the Transformers Devastation back in MARCH of this year. i cleared out some games from my hardrive, and when i went back to install this game its not listed. i have the order number and confirm, i played it, now it wont let me download it or install
without buying it again. please help me

 

This is happening to me as well. I haven't been able to get it to work yet, so if someone figures it out, please post the solution.

 

Just an update, called GS customer service they said their system takes 24 hours to update, so they cant touch it 'til then.

I'm have the same issue. I called Gamestop and they told me to enter the preorder bonus content after 6pm yesterday 10/6/15. I've tried today and I still the same error message stating that the code is invalid. Can someone please help? Thanks!

What's going on when you try to redeem the code exactly? Do you get a particular error for the code? Some additional information on that would be super helpful for this, thanks!

After being on the phone with GS customer service for over 70 minutes, I actually got another code from them & its not working either.

The latest error code i got from entering the replacement code from my tablet (logged into my MS account) was :

@ that point, avcording to them, its not their problem anymore & i need to contact activision.

This is absurd.

 

Having the same problem, Microsoft told me to contact the developer: Platinum games so sent them an email, no reply yet. Just left a comment on an Activision support forum, now I'm here, hopefully we'll get an answer at some point.
