    Hi, i bought my Xbox One S on October, it had no problems, worked wonderfully when all of a sudden on the 5th of April it started not loading the games and the textures.

    I tried everything: cleaning it, doing a hard reset, wiping the cache and reinsalling all the games.

    The situation got a little better with the cleaning, and it started loading games but still, the textures were not good as before.

    Obviously the console was and still is in a well ventilated place where no one can touch it.

    I think it's a hardware problem, but before contacting customer service i preferred asking here.

    I suggest that before you contact support for a warranty request, that yiu try different HDMI cables and different inputs in your TV to rule those out.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    I tried different HDMI cables and various TV options, but none of them helped at all.

    The console still performs differently than before, loading textures badly.

    I guess it's a GPU/CPU problem, and i don't understand why it lost this much performance.

    Hi, i had the same issue with my Xbox one S all digital, so as i live in Algeria and we don't have an xbox service center, i bought another xbox one s, and it worked perfect for 3 days then the same issue, so i sold the S and the All digital and i bought
    an xbox one X,,, it worked very nice with my lg 4k hdr tv, 5 days after i had the same issue...not loading texture and graphics looks like playstation 2.

    PS: the ventilation is perfect.

    But i remember that this issue was happening just after this last update. I wonder why?

    Is it microsoft policy to force customers to update to the X series?

    I was gaming on Pc's then i changed to consols...but now i'm thinking to go back to Pc...at least it's hardware is changeble.

    You can play the games but the Xbox One S won't benefit from any of the Xbox One X enhancements such as higher detailed textures and quicker loading times etc.

    Install GTA V (Disk 2) on a 8gb, 16gb or 32gb or 1tb etc. USB drive! I did that and the game runs absolutely fine with textures loading fast and driving more smoother. (not the Xbox 360 Hard drive)
