Texture Pack Not Working on Minecraft Realm

Hello,

I'm having a peculiar issue with a very specific texture pack, ChromaHills, not working when it's on the Realm; the texture pack works fine with a Local copy of the world. If you have the ChromaHills texture pack set as a requirement for your world and even
if you have the ChromaHills texture pack set globally, when you try to join that world on Realms, the Realm reverts back to the default Minecraft texture.

Any assistance to help resolve this would be greatly appreciated since my world is designed using the ChromaHills texture pack.

Minecraft Realms Texture Pack Issue

I am making a Fallout texture pack for me and my friend to use but when I put the texture pack onto a realm I can see the texture pack fine but when I get on Xbox it doesn't let me download the pack. My friend on windows 10 where I put the texture pack on
the realm didn't get the download as well. Any solutions?

 

XB1 Minecraft Realms Question

Hello Fellow Gamers,

I created a realm on the XBOX ONE a while back and used the Chromahills Texture pack. I read on the Chromahills website that they have fixed a few bugs with new releases but I have not seen them on the realms world.

Do texture packs you have active in your realm automatically update to the latest version?

Regarding this situation, I would recommend checking the entitlement for the ChromaHills texture pack. Please visit:

MyGames on our site.

Please let us know if the entitlement is owned on the profile being used. It appears that if the Texture pack is being shared then it will only work in the World and not in Realms.

This texture pack is on my child's account, I can PM you details if needed. Some other relevant information that may assist in a solution:

• The texture pack says "owned" in the Minecraft Store Page
• The realm is paid from that account
• The texture pack has worked on the Realm previously (until now), since the realm was started by the child account

Having checked the link you provided, I actually don't see the texture pack on either my or my child's account, that's odd, surely it has to be somewhere?

Thanks for the update! So looking into the accounts
purchase history and through the entitlements, it did not show the texture pack? It would be best to figure out which account has the texture packs, because that can be a reason why they would not work in realms. If it being shared to the other accounts
then it would only work in worlds and not realms.

We will look into this further though and also thanks for the link as well

I do not see the skin in the purchase history, although there is an instance or two of "Minecraft Store Item 6" where there are no further details.

Also, several friends that also own the skin and join the realm have the exact same issue (realm defaults to standard textures) so the entitlements wouldn't be an issue for every single one of them.

Just a thought.
