    Texture flickering Xbox One X


    I have no idea how else to describe it but recently, almost all of my games have started doing this weird black flickering on certain parts of the screen. Everything is updated and I’ve tried different HDMI cables on different TVs but it keeps happening.
    I haven’t seen anything like it on the internet for the past 3 days and I feel like it cant be fixed but if anyone can, please help.

    Hello Sleeeves,

    The main reason you are experiencing this issue with the textures is due to the Xbox one X having native 4K textures. When you moved the game over to your older Xbox one, the textures may start at 720p and sometimes go up to 1080p. Without the Xbox one
    X, your enhancements will not be shown on the older generation console.

    my brother is having an issue with warzone 2 on the xbox s, his textures are flickering to black, gonna point to him tot he factory reset with keep games option. Was just curious if this was what you were experiencing or if it was closer to using the wrong level of detail on the texture?

    You talk about going black but have flickering on Topic.

    There was an official Problem with HDR Flickering on that TVs and Xbox but that should be fixed a time ago
    The screen flickers when HDR or HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour is on in the TV, after a while of flickering it goes black, then the TV loses the signal from the Xbox. That's
    my problem.

    If I deactivate HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour, then there's no more flickering and no more black screen.

    Well it isn't fixed yet, I'm 100% sure I am on the latest firmware on both the LG C9 and the Xbox One X.
