First, make sure the graphics card driver is updated to the latest version using the manufacturer's software and do not use the Windows Update video driver for this. If you are unsure how to do this, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. They can provide specific instructions, as the process may vary depending on the manufacturer and model of your graphics card.

And if the problem persists, my personal recommendation is to reinstall the game since sometimes the errors come from a bad installation, perhaps a file was missing or there was some error.

Greetings Daniel, thank you for your recommendations and for being so kind but this did not solve my problem.

After buying the game "Forza Horizon 3" in xbox live and trying to start it, the following message appears: "Invalid profile. Delete it from the xbox menu and create a new one ". Is there any solution ??

If anyone has Game Pass, try installing Forza Horizon 5...that pushes the graphics quite hard so any console issue is likely to appear in that game too
