    Text messages don't work correct the last 24 hours to mine acc and my friends account


    I have for some hours now me(To both accounts i have at series x console) and some of my friends issues with text messages.

    When i send anyone a text message after i try to answer to any text message or try to send 2nd message to same account the place of "send message" button it was replaced by the "more" button with result i CAN'T send another text message to any of my friends.

    I can send only the 1st text message after that i can't.

    The same happening to my 2nd account/profile and to my friends accounts with different consoles and.

    All the last 24 hours.

    What the heck is happening?

    I already try to:

    01. Do reset(keep games),

    02. Another isp(Internet provider, wifi and cable

    03. Another account

    04. Another console

    Same.

    AGAIN ALL THESE HAPPENING THE LAST 24 HOURS.

    I haven't experienced that one yet. Some issues or bugs may only occur to a small amount of users. Though, I haven't encountered anyone yet here with the same issue. It's best that you report it to Team Xbox for investigation.

    Got it. I don't think it's an account issue because you can send multiple messages just fine from the Xbox app on mobile. No worries, the Team Xbox review and investigate all our reports so they can fix it by their next updates. We just have to wait and check back at a later time.

    I understand. Since you've already tried all the proven steps to fix the issue and it happens to multiple devices, we can rule this out to be a system bug. Our best option is to report the problem to Team Xbox for them to investigate the issue properly so they can fix it by their next updates.

    I Already did that from the first hour.

    Nothing solved until now.

    You don't have the same issue after you send 1 text message to anyone the 2nd message replace the "send message" button with "more" button.

    For us to further isolate the issue, please try to send a message using an Xbox app on mobile if you could send multiple messages just fine.

    Since it's happening to other accounts and multiple consoles, it's possible to be a system bug. Please use the Report a problem app to report or file a bug to Team Xbox.
