    Not sure I'm correct area regarding my player feedback fit in the account section.

    Not sure what the lag on text messages and friend request rejected every time.

    Text message and friend request problems

    You should have received a message if you were suspended from sending/receiving text messages and friend requests. Can you send outgoing text messages and friend requests to other players? If you can, then you should be able to get messages and requests
    from other players. I would also look into the privacy settings on your account and make sure you're allowed to send/receive messages and friend requests.

    I have send them alot of friend request on my main gamertag but always get rejected and ignored.I send alot text message but no reply back.My online achievement ruined because this major problem.

    You can't. You can send them a text message before or after the friend request though.
