    So tetris ultimate was not working, would not load. Only worked lately 1 out of Every 10 times when trying to start, got an error code, So I decided to uninstall game, so I could reinstall it, with hopes that it would work again, but alas it is no where
    to be found in either store(found the dlc, but no game) or ready to download section. Did they remove the game from marketplace? Is there a download history on the xbox one? Am I out a Game? not a Super big deal, but at the same time frustrating. Any Ideas?

    Tetris Ultimate in CZ Xbox One Store

    I've buy on Xbox One Store TETRIS® ULTIMATE CHALLENGE PACK, price: 199 CZK ; at 11/22/2015.

    My fault was buy this DLC Pack before buy original game. Issue with Xbox Store is that game is NOT accessible in CZ:

    I'll give it a miss. I had tetris on the first gameboy, I then got tetris splash on the 360 and all that did is remind me how boring it is.

    We understand that you're experiencing issues with the Xbox app. We truly understand how frustrating this can be, especially if your subscription is not showing up the updated information and also your games keep on crashing. I'll do my best to assist you with this.



    Firstly, let's check if your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active. Please follow these steps:



    1. Open the Xbox app on your device.

    2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

    3. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

    4. Click on "Subscriptions" on the left-hand side.

    5. Check if your Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active.

    If your subscription is active, please try to sign out and sign in back again on the Xbox app. If still the issue persist proceed doing the troubleshooting steps:

    1. Close the Xbox app completely.

    2. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

    3. Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter. This will reset the Windows Store cache.

    4. Restart your device.

    5. Open the Xbox app and try launching your games again.



    If the issue persists, please try updating your graphics card drivers. You can do this by following these steps:



    1. Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard and select "Device Manager" from the menu.

    2. Expand the "Display adapters" category.

    3. Right-click on your graphics card and select "Update driver".

    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your driver.



    If none of these steps resolve the issue, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app. You can do this by following these steps:



    1. Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard and select "Apps and Features" from the menu.

    2. Find the Xbox app in the list and click on it.

    4. Restart your device.

    5. Go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the Xbox app.
