    Tetris Ultimate causing console to crash?!?!?


    I recently purchased the digital version of Tetris Ultimate on my Xbox One and after about 15 minutes of playing the game my console turns it self off. My power settings are set to never turn off automatically and I don't use a Kinect. I have tested other
    games I have downloaded and I can play them for hours with no issues. I know this is very specific but is anyone else having this issue?

    Tetris seems to lock up the entire xbox

    In Tetris Ultimate, when searching for a match online, if I click the home button, the console becomes unresponsive. I can use the kinect to say "Go To Tetris", and keep playing tetris, but if I go home, or snap anything, I can't control the console. I have
    even been able to reset the console using the kinect, but when it comes back on, it has the same exact screens open. The only way to fix this is to unplug the console.

    Tetris Ultimate in CZ Xbox One Store

    I've buy on Xbox One Store TETRIS® ULTIMATE CHALLENGE PACK, price: 199 CZK ; at 11/22/2015.

    My fault was buy this DLC Pack before buy original game. Issue with Xbox Store is that game is NOT accessible in CZ:

    Are you in the beta? There's quite a few reports of consoles turning off randomly while playing games and using the snap feature.

    I have the GAME PASS ULTIMATE., why my Warzone crash???

    1. gamepass ultimate will not cause a crash.

    2. warzone does not need gamepass ultimate or even gold to play as it's free to play.

    3. it could very well be a problem with your xbox, the connection or something else.

    4. how can it be disrespected if your game crashes, if it keeps doing it restart your console or re download the game.

    Hey there iDevil1992,

    I'm sorry to hear about this popping up again for you. When you have some time, let's try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things sorted.

    • Uninstall the Tetris Ultimate game.
    • Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
    • Then, plug all the cords back in and turn on your console.
    • Reinstall the Tetris Ultimate game.
    • Try launching and playing the game again as normal.
