    Fifa 19 The Journey crashing chapter 2

    Hi, on FIFA19 - The journey..... chapter 2 after a game against Sporting and training....the game keeps crashing and resetting back to the xbox home game. This happens with the main character alex hunter and also with the other 2 characters.
    Completely stuck! I spoke with someone from xbox one advice yesterday who suggested a full power down. Done that and no good. They then suggested to uninstall the game and reinstall and that would fix it. I have now done this and it still keeps crashing!!
    I am unable to get any further on the journey. Please help.
    I also got the game 4 weeks ago. And now I see the date 14th December 2018. I guess the game is out since October. I got updates and patches on my XBOX One X but none of those patches have done anything
    about the Journey mode. Like You described, I tried to go forward with Alex and Danny into the 3rd Chapter and that too is crashing now! It is really a shame, and it is shameful from EA to release a AAA title with such huge issues. And alright, even if there
    are issues, no patch since 3 months to fix it! It is ridiculous. The Journey was a huge part of my decision in buying FIFA 19 and when things are about to get interesting and spice up, it is mercilessly crashing. I am far beyond annoyed. I hope that at least
    some representative of EA tells us the exact situation on what is going on. Are they even willing to fix the bug? Have they made any progress? Can Microsoft do anything about this issue, because it is happening on the World's Best Console while playing one
    of the most costliest and popular games on this planet?
