Go offline and start the game it should work

Hello F00T, you tried some procedures like uninstalling the game and reinstalling again, sometimes it is also necessary to perform a reset on the console.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Sadly because Bethesda wants people to buy their anniversary upgrade they implemented a bug that causes lag and/or freezing of the Skyrim menu to make it impossible for people to start up a game unless you play offline without mods or buy the anniversary upgrade. If you want to play Skyrim you will have to play offline unless you want to be suckered into buying the anniversary upgrade like so many others. Your choice. And yes they really did do this on purpose.

It's not the system and it doesn't need to be downloaded again or anything like that. It's a bug purposely put into Skyrim by Bethesda to force player to buy their anniversary edition upgrade. When you buy the upgrade or play the game offline it works just fine but the second you go online the Bethesda servers read that you don't have the anniversary upgrade so the system instantly puts a lock on the game causing massive lag and game freezing until you go offline again or buy the anniversary upgrade. It's a tactic that should be illegal or at least shunned by Microsoft but isn't so best fix is to just play offline without the mods.

I have reinstalled the game to both my Internal and External Hard drives and have restarted the console numerous times. I Tried discless and with disc and have gotten the same result... All other Bethesda games work, just not Skyrim...
