i think the best thing to do is to contact the developer of the game as they can explain better why you hae high pings in that game

There's a great speedtest tool that I think you should try.

I wonder if what you're experiencing is more related to ports not being open correctly via uPNP and needing to be manually forwarded.

No issues with my home network or connection, no pop-up window listing any problems. The service alert only appeared 30 minutes ago. I checked it out on the XBL website and it says the alert relates only to the XBox One consoles and services, everything
for 360 is up and running. Furthermore, since I've been almost completely unable to sign in to my account for weeks, it can't be related to this new service alert.
