    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to say, that most support articles for the Zune have not been maintained by Microsoft, but I do have a link to the
    Zune App from the
    Microsoft Download Centre
    . *Edit* I'm really sorry, but Microsoft seem to have removed the app from the Download Centre! test :( It was available
    a few days ago, so this was a VERY recent removal. I can only advise you to look online or for the installation CD via sites like eBay.


    From there you should be able to download, launch the app, and should get an update, if all goes well. If Windows 10 reports incompatibility issues, you can try right clicking on the file and selecting 'Troubleshoot
    Compatibility' and it should eventually present you with some options.

    unsure of the timing of button presses.
