Test Xbox live connection - Xbox Live test 'Failed'

I encountered this issue suddenly when I log in on 12 May. I am unable to connect to Xbox Live

When I perform some diagnostic via test xbox live connection, everything is all UP and connected except for Xbox Live which turns up 'Failed'

I want to escalate to my ISP to investigate further as I suspect there's some routing issue to Xbox live server.

What is the IP address that I should do traceroute to?

What port number is the xbox live server using to communicate to the xbox?

Xbox live blocked

my account won't connect to the Internet and also when I test xbox live connection, it says internet: failed. And xbox live: blocked??

 

I assume you connecting through your PC running a Linux OS and not a router please provide as much info as possible

 

I am connected behind a DLINK router. The problem only started on the 12th May.

No changes was done on my internal network and settings.

 

Is your Xbox Live wire plugged in properly in the back of your modem? Sometimes mine is slightly not plugged in and I can't connect to Xbox Live... and if that's not the problem try this try disconnecting your modem and wait 2 minutes then reconnect it then
retry entering Xbox Live.

 

It's plugged in properly. Every test is successful except for 'Xbox Live' which failed.

I have escalated to my ISP and they feedback it maybe due to IP blocking on Microsoft end and ask me to check with MS. Able to provide a traceroute from Xbox server side?
