    According to your gamercard you still have an active Gold membership since your gamer tag name is in gold letters. You may want to check your
    Sign in to your Microsoft account to see when your Gold subscription expires. Additionally, you may want to go an Xbox Live Connection test as well as checking your local Xbox Live status (http://xbox.com/status).

    Have bought live gold renewal for xbox 360 and it is still saying it's locked

    Your showing as a gold member. Try running your Network test again and see if it refreshes your gold status

    I do see you showing as gold. Go ahead and do a connection test. It should force the system to update your account as gold. The instructions are below:

    -

    To do this, press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select
    System Settings. Select Network Settings, select Wired Network or your
    wireless network name (if wireless), and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
