Test status network..failed internet... blocked...xbox live blocked

My status says:

Network: Connected

Internet: Failed

Xbox Live: Blocked

Romania is not a xbox live supported country so there's not much you can do i'm afraid.

I am having the same problem. I am using ethernet and whenever I try to test it says Network failed, Internet blocked, and Xbox live blocked. I hope someone can help this problem.
