    Hello-

    I just moved into a new house (new router and modem), and set everything up. My laptop is online just fine, but my One has the 'We're not sure what's wrong' error message pop up when I test my multiplayer connection.

    I already put in the password to my network, but this issue won't let me get on Live. Any ideas?

    Can't Play Multiplayer Battlefield 4

    When I try to select multiplayer, I get the message that "Connection to the EA servers has been lost". When I test my multiplayer connection, I get the error message: "We're not sure what's wrong". My NAT is open.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Michigan

  3. Problems with multiplayer connection

    Hi. I have had trouble connecting to the BF4 and Ghosts servers lately and I first tested my network connection and it said, "It's all good." Then when I test my multiplayer connection, it says, "We're not sure what's wrong." It gives an error code of
    0x40000000000 and I tried to look that up and it says that code doesn't exist. What am I supposed to do? What's going on?

    Can we get the make and model of your router as well as who your ISP is? This will give us the information we need to come up with some ideas.

    It is possible that your ISP has locked the interface. You may need to call them and ask them to do it.

    Disconnection from xbox live

    Hey there Serious Man,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with playing Multiplayer.

    I would recommend running a Multiplayer Connection Test by going to Settings > Network > On the right is Test multiplayer connection.

    Then, if you get an error with the test, you can check our
    Multiplayer Connection
    troubleshooter. It has a couple of different solutions based on what you're seeing.
