Test Multiplayer Connection - Black Screen?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Does an error message appear when you run the network connection test or the multiplayer connection test? We will provide steps on how to test these connections. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to test the network connection:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
5. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test network connection.

How to test the multiplayer connection:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
5. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test multiplayer connection

Still lack screened, I get to go to multiplayer then click Xbox live , and it connects to Xbox live and retrieves profile then a few seconds pass and it black screens

check the status of the servers for Black Ops 4 in your region, as well as the

Xbox Live servers. Since your NAT is Open, you should be able to connect to others; however, you may wish to check your multiplayer connection status as well and run a multiplayer connection test to ensure everything is
in the best working order.

I keep getting the "Connect to Xbox Live" on the home screen. The console is connected to the internet and the connectivity test say that my connection is good and the multiplayer and NAT have no problems and is open.
