    Hello all, I purchased two DLC packs for TES: Oblivion (X360 game) a week ago(Mehrune's Razor and Wizard's Tower). Neither would show up or download no matter what I tried.

    I went through the steps, rebooted the XBox, spoke with the person on the chat, and ONE of the DLCs shows up, and it DELETED my Shivering Isles expansion which came with my game disc (Still have Knights of the Nine).

    I have chatted 3 times, to be asked the same questions, over and over, and got nowhere. No one knows anything.

    To boot, I somehow got a HUMAN on the phone, and he out me on hold TWICE, and after 20 mins on hold, I was disconnected, and again, no resolution.

    This is absurd. It is not about the money (a few bucks), but the service is terrible and no one at XBox/Microsoft seems to care!

    Absurd.

    Has anyone experienced this? The people on the MS chat/support don't know anything or how to help, and no one calls back when I request a phone call with a human being.

    Any help/feedback is appreciated! Many thanks!

    These Spam messages/account are getting ridiculous now

    The amount that I'm getting is getting ridiculous. They really need to start monitoring this. It's easy to tell when someone is sending out the same message to mass amounts of people, but MS doesn't seem to care

    XBOX GAME PASS NOT WORKING. PLAY BUTTON IS GREYED OUT, CANNOT CLOUD GAME.

    I'm having this same issue... It's nice talking to know I can use a website, but it would be nice if MS would at least put something on the status page.

    I thank you as well for the workaround. Nice to know someone is trying to help, doesn't seem like MS cares.

    It still doesn't work for my account. Sames error "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again"

    If I use another account I have it works. However MS Flight DLC is on the account the doesn't.
