    So I'm having terrible stick drift issues on all of my controllers. I signed into my account to "chat with a support expert" i sent my serial and my invoice over and it seems like I was in the process of getting a replacement until the chat froze. a whole
    hour wasted. The next person to chat with me had me go as far as picking out replacement controllers as the one I ordered was out of stock. then the chat dropped. another hour wasted. I chatted with another person who when looking at the case became ENTIRELY
    too fixated on the fact that my controller was listed on amazon as shock blue, but wasn't actually shock blue, but was another kind of blue according to my serial number. like the guy couldn't have just listed the color incorrectly. this person said he wouldn't
    issue a replacement this second but someone would get back to me in less than 48 hours.

    THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. NO RESPONSE.

    I've gotten an entire switch replaced in the meantime, in a conversation that took less than 15 minutes. this is a joke. you should be ashamed.

    anyone else having a similar service issue?
