    Terrible ..... just terrible

    I dont understand why i am not informed if a player has been suspended after i report them , another thing is why do i get suspended for calling someone bad at a game , when they MAKE A JOKE ABOUT MENTAL ISSUE WHERE THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN DIE EVERYDAY BUT
    THEY CAN STILL MESSAGE ME AND DONT GET SUSPENDED !!!!

    Why haven't you played a game yet? Or are you implying that you CANNOT play a game because you're getting errors? Or simply the games are not working?

    Help me help you, I need some more info.

    OK, so your connection speed isn't what you expect. Are you on wireless or wired? When you do a network status check, are all your connections (as reported by the Xbox One) OK?

    Have you tried using a different network to set your Xbox as the home Xbox? You can do this using a mobile hotspot

    Well I mean I've tried everything your probably gunna tell me to do as for the making my xbox home it just renders when I click the checkmark box to make it my xbox home renders for another 30 seconds then uncheck Mark's it and it don't make it my xbox home it's definitely not just my me as this has been happening for 3 days now

    I am unable to get anywhere near my connection speed through the xbox...I have tried several of the suggested tips like changing DNS etc.
    OK, so your connection speed isn't what you expect. Are you on wireless or wired? When you do a network status check, are all your connections (as reported by the Xbox One) OK?
