    My Series X was having crashing issues so I sent it in for warranty repair in early January.

    I received a replacement console but it had a ton of GPU artifacts. At this point I was pretty bummed out to receive a broken Xbox, but mistakes happen....right?

    I sent back this replacement console and after the repair center received the replacement console, I got an email a week later saying the repair order had been cancelled.

    I called Xbox Support and the rep told me it looks like there was a glitch on my account showing the incorrect serial # for the replacement that I sent back. The order was cancelled due to this, and he said I'd receive an email with the new repair number.

    I never received the email confirming the new repair. I called Xbox Support and they have no idea what is going on and had to escalate the issue. I was told I'd receive a call-back and never did.

    I'm very disappointed & frustrated at with the entire process. Not only did I receive a broken console that I had to ship back, now I've had the repair for that broken replacement console cancelled with no answers from Xbox Support.

    If anyone out there can help at all I'd appreciate it.

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH XBOX ENFORCEMENT

    Support were right.The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review.If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.You will have to wait out the suspension.

    Any report filed is investigated before any enforcement action is issued.If you have filed for a case review then that means it has been investigated twice.You would not just get suspended because someone reported you as a joke.
    Two things in response.

    1- The first investigation they did originally was using a profanity filter, which caught one of the 3 words in the message nearly 2 seconds after the report. I'm ok with that part. But if they thoroughly investigated my case review the second time and listened
    to the party chat we had and the message logs, they would find that it was all a joke. However, they didn't, and that's why my decision is upheld. If they truly investigated it again, I wouldn't be banned.

    2- Why don't they have another way to respond to them? They are going to be wrong sometimes, but many people (including me) still get screwed over by the short limit we have to explain ourselves and the fact that they don't have another way to talk to them.
    You get one case review, and that's it. No number to call, no way to reply, nothing. If you get wrongly reported and banned, you don't stand a chance of getting your ban removed. You're straight out of luck. It's not a good way to run a support team or a business
    and I'm truly pissed off about this whole ordeal. Guess I'll just spend my 2 weeks on ban playing Playstation and PC because Xbox gives me no chance to defend myself. Way to go Enforcement Team, way to go.

    Xbox One Update Preview forum now. Head on over there and if you're still seeing Group Not Found when you try to access the forum, create a new thread letting us know.

    Be sure to keep in mind that the New Xbox One Experience is part of the Update Preview program which gives users access to updates before they are publicly released. Because the NXOE is still in development you may still run into issues, which you can report
    through the Xbox One preview app or through the Xbox One Update Preview forums which will help the with the development before official release.

    Hey dude,

    The preview program is a testing platform for us to test the new updates before they are released to the general public. We're basically beta testing it before for its released, so its almost certain that some of the updates will have bugs, but that is exactly
    why we're testing it. It sucks, I'm not saying it doesn't, but its part and parcel of being in the preview program.

    I'm sure a support agent will be along soon, who will be able to assist you with access to the forums, from which you can then post up these issues. Also make sure to report the problems using your console preview program application, and provide the relevant
    details and images to help get the issues fixed :)

    As I said man, it sucks, but the preview program isn't about getting everything early, but testing it to ensure that its all working as it should be before its released fully :)

    Doesn't matter if you were in a party or it was said as a joke.Swearing is no allowed on xbox live.

    There is no "profanity filter". There is no automated system when it comes to enforcement,every report is investigated by a actual person.

    You had a way to defend yourself,it was called a case review.
