Terrible Upload Speeds

Before about two or so weeks ago I would regularly Stream on Twitch at about 2500 kbps which was the recommended setting it would ask of me but recently I haven't been able to stream at anything other than 400-800 kbps. My Dad and I have done everything
we could think of to fix this problem. We called our ISP (Cox) and they said we had some packet loss issues so they sent a guy here to come fix it and he did so now our Packet Loss is 0-2% which is great but our Upload Speed is still atrocious. We then went
to check on our router if it needed an update to a leter version. It did and so we went and updated it. Still no fix. We called Cox again and they had us run a few speed tests. Between us and Cox our Upload Speed is 10-12 mbps which is where they said we should
be. We tried a different site to test our speed at speedtest.net and our Upload Speed averaged about 3-5 mbps (which is less than half of what it was to Cox). We then tried a Detailed Network Statistics test and we average 1.0-1.5 Mbps. Out of curiosity I
tested our connection to from the Xbox 360 instead of the Xbox One and the 360 siad our Upload Speed was .47 Mbps. We even went out and bought a brand new Splitter and a brand new Ethernet Cable with absolutely no change in our connection. We've tried everything
but contacting Xbox Customer Support and I was hoping to get some information here on how to fix this problem. Thank you for your time.

Detailed Network Statistics Latency V.Bad

Just been having a look at the detailed network statistics on the Xbox One! (Cabled using cat 5e)

Download Speed = 70.51 Mbps

Upload Speed = 18.26 Mbps

Download Packet Loss = 0%

Upload Packet Loss = 1% / Not Good ******

MTU = 1480 / May not be correct ? ******

Latency = 153 ms / This is really terrible for online gaming as a UK user where am I connecting to!!! USA? ******



Pc Cabled (Speedtest.net)

Download Speed = Same

Upload Speed = Same

Packet loss = NONE (Upload + Download)

MTU = 1472 / This is correct with an over head of 28 (Max MTU 1500)

Latency = 5 ms / GOOD ******

 

Xbox One not getting correct download speed using a wired netowrk.

Hi! I recently tested my download speed on my pc, and I had a 3.05 download, and a 0.5 upload... ( I know terrible )


but I went on xbox one this morning because I was lagging TERRIBLE on titanfall, bf4, and nba 2k14 and I did detailed network statistics and it says I have a 0.010 download, and 0.01 upload, so that roughly an 84 kb/s dl speed and a ping that is through the roof with 30 % packet loss, remember I am using a WIRED network here, can any of you help me or have a problem similar to this with a fix?

my thought is it may be a glitch in it like the MTU was at 510 was a little while ago, they blamed your router until they figured out it was them. As we know from experience Microsoft tends to have allot of problems and doesn't like to admit them or point
the finger when they cant figure it out. its probably a coding issue cause i get 75 down and 75 up wired to a computer but i get 75 down and 2.3 up on my xbox one with a open nat through the modem itself. Hopefully they are working on a fix to this though
cause everyone is experiencing this issue.
