Terrible update

Discus and support Terrible update in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; this new update is terrible I don't know what all it changed but there was no need to change the dashboard and create this new "guide."     this new update is terrible I don't know what all it changed but there was no need to change the dashboard and create this new "guide." I don't see anything getting simplified by this at all. I didn't see anyone complaining about wanting an achievement tab.
    That seems like y'all should have known that was terrible idea for an alternative to the snap app. Not to mention now instead of just pressing the Xbox button to get to the dashboard I have to specifically press home in the guide which doesn't quit what your
    doing but still pauses it, which isn't that bad but in the case that I'm watching a movie or show on hulu if I wanted it paused I could pause it much easier than I could get to the home page. If I didn't wanna pause it and just go look at the feed while I'm
    listening to stand-up then now I'm just out of luck. Whats the point in a broadcast tab if you only give us the option to use beam. Obviously everyone is still going to use twitch, so once again the snap app was the best way to go.

    Terrible update speed!

    WOW daddy, I hope your not really serious. Scrapping 8 for 9---- I guess nobody saw that one coming. The X One is infact a slightly better 360...... May I ask you to PROVE that only xbox paid people to say it's a good system......

    Terrible update speed!

    You and everyone else my friend. Its such a shame for Microsoft.

    I saw on the news they been paying people $3 per 1000 views for videos promoting the X1 console.

    Really is unfortunate as they nailed the industry down with the 360.

    All they had to do was make the X1 an upgraded 360 and it would be a done deal.

    Not sure what's going on at MS HQ recently. They even scrapping Windows 8 for Windows 9 now too!

    Netflix update is terrible

    This update ruins kinect functionality and is a huge step backwards. Im unsubscribed until this gets fixed.

    When I try to snap the new Netflix while I'm playing a game the netflix stream freezes. The sound still plays but the video freezes. Anyone else having this problem??

    There are a lot more issues with this update. Honestly its extremely embarrassing how much of step back it is.

    Okay so it looks like Netflix is behind the change. Something to do with their new 'social recommendation' feature. Ugh this better improve. I am not enjoying this update at all..

    I agree fully. The kinect voice navigation was simple and very convenient before, and now it barely exists. I enjoyed being able to turn on the xbox, go to netflix, navigate to a show or movie I wanted to watch, all without even having a clue where my
    controller was.

    Now, I have grab the controller, turn it on, and navigate that way.

    This is a step backwards for sure. I can get used to the new scrolling design, but please bring back some voice functionality.
